Taekwondo teaches individuals to be strong in body and mind, resilient in the face of adversity, conscientious with peers, compassionate with those less able, and respectful of others.
SPORT SKILLS TRAINING
Learn the basics and sport skills necessary for self-defense, self-discipline and self-control.
Intro to sports team training for national competitions. A series of cross-training moves with meditation, conditioning exercises stretch breaks and sparring to prepare you at for national level tournament.
Age range: 5 and up
- Monday - Friday | 4-4:30pm | Beginners
- Monday - Friday | 4:30-6pm | Middles
- Monday - Friday | 6-7:30pm | Bigs
- Saturday | 8-10a | Middles and Bigs
SPORT / WORLD CLASS TEAM TRAINING
We prepare athletes to compete at national level, world or olympic level competitions by setting a series of intense training with meditation, strengthening, conditioning exercises and high level sparring.
- Monday - Friday | 6-7:30pm
- Saturday | 8-11am
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Conditioning activities will be incorporated to promote improvement in strength, endurance, balance and agility.
Age range: Teens and Adults
